Browsing and the PB guide

You do not need an account to browse. We do not add advertising trackers to these pages. Cloudflare may process technical security and performance information as our hosting provider. The PB website guide uses preset answers and runs in your browser; its questions are not sent to an AI service or saved as a conversation.

Your browser preference

If you choose to pause animations, we save that preference in local storage on your device. It contains no identity or health information. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls.

Contact messages

If you use the form, we process your name, email address, reason and message to respond. Messages are sent through Resend to the team’s support mailbox. Email sent to our support address is forwarded using Cloudflare Email Routing. Please avoid sensitive health information or medical records.

Hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery and security. Our contact endpoint uses rate limiting and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. These providers may process information outside your country.

What we store

The website does not keep a database of form submissions. A sent message exists in email-provider systems and the receiving mailbox. We do not intentionally log message bodies in the website application. Provider systems may retain delivery and security records.

Questions and requests

Contact support@painybrainy.com about access to or deletion of a message you sent. We may need to confirm your identity. A formal retention schedule and the mobile app’s release policy are still being finalized.
